This new building, together with the Centre for Regenerative Medicine building next door, will provide state of the art facilities and promote collaboration between 600 clinicians and scientists from the Institute. The researchers investigate new therapies and treatments for tissue damage in debilitating diseases such as Parkinson’s disease, multiple sclerosis, cancer and heart, liver and lung conditions. The new building will provide purpose built laboratory facilities, state-of-the-art research space will be provided for circa 500 researchers.
