About Us Estates Assurance and Insight is a cross-cutting team that helps colleagues across Estates make sound, well-evidenced decisions and get more from the data and expertise the department holds. Working across Estates, the team brings together expertise in systems and data, analysis and reporting, governance and assurance, and practical improvement and innovation. Systems and Data Administering and maintaining myProject and the Committee Management System, which support project management, reporting and governance meetings. Keeping their core data accurate and consistent so the reporting and analysis built from it can be trusted. Analysis and Insight Providing the reporting, modelling and analysis that support the Capital Plan and wider capital programme, giving senior colleagues and committees a clear picture of cost, funding and progress. Responding to ad hoc requests for focused analysis and briefings on specific questions. Governance and Assurance Supporting the committees and processes that keep Estates accountable and well run, including the Estates Committee. Maintaining departmental policies in line with University and legislative requirements, and managing Freedom of Information requests and complaints.Estates CommitteeCapital Projects Group Improvement and Innovation Helping Estates find better ways of working — improving systems, automating repetitive tasks, and supporting the considered and governed adoption of artificial intelligence.
